Through the scanning of a bite record, situation model or wax-up, optimal ceramic support is assured. Post-processing is minimized, for the automatic cut-back function avoids chipping of the ceramic.

Virtual Articulator module
Use of the physical articulator is essential when producing dental prostheses manually. As a result of digitization of the dental workflow, the virtual articulator is becoming increasingly important. Ongoing development in the field of ceramic materials enables the production of fully-anatomical multilayer crowns and bridges. High-performance polymers are being used more and more as temporary treatments and long-term temporary prostheses. The virtual, fully-adjustable articulators of the dentCreate! module enable precise simulation of patient movement for the construction of functional chewing and guide surfaces. Compared with other, medium-quality virtual articulators, when using the Activity 880 dental scanner, the software enables patented, precise transfer of the condylar position to dentCreate!.
Individually-adjustable parameters such as horizontal condylar inclination (HCN), the Bennett angles, retrusion and immediate side shift are incorporated in the calculation of the fully-anatomical construction. In the statics and dynamics, premature contacts and hyper-balances are eliminated or adjusted, and clearances are taken into account in the CAD. This removes the need for time-consuming follow-up work in the laboratory or chair-side.

Abutment module
Implant products can be structured as individually as possible with the dentCreate! Abutment module. Backward planning ensures the ideal abutment shape and size. Taking into account the emergence profile and the determined pressure on the gums, the ideal conditions for an aesthetically-pleasing and durable dental prosthesis are put in place. When constructing the individual abutment, the materials titanium and zirconium dioxide are possible, directly screwed-in or in a hybrid structure from well-known implant manufacturers.

Bar module
The commonest standard and individual bar profiles can be constructed with the Bar module.
Attachments, retention elements and lateral fittings can be made very easily. Bars can be screwed-in directly or produced in a hybrid structure with titanium-bonding bases for the most popular implant manufacturers. With the outstanding possibilities of the Bar module, even the most challenging restoration can be achieved easily and with maximum hygiene and patient comfort.

With the DICOM Viewer, it is possible to display voxel data from CT or DVT machines during the design process. This means that, in conjunction with TruSmile technology, the interdisciplinary team has a tool for absolute planning reliability.

TruSmile module
TruSmile technology delivers an almost photo-like rendering of the temporary cast during the design process, in real time.
